About Hospital

The faculty of the College is actively involved in classroom and clinical teaching in their area of specialization for all the courses run by the College. The faculty are the Postgraduate nurses ion different specialties. External Lecturers are also engaged on part time basis for teaching subjects like Sociology, Nutrition, Hindi, education and Computer Science. About the College

Each department has a clinical teaching room attached to its ward.
The OPD block consist of OPDs of medicine, surgery, ophthalmology including refraction room Orthopedics including plaster room, ENT including audiometry room psychiatry and TB and respiratory diseases OPD, skin and STD clinics including ICTC unit.
Beside this it also houses Casualty Department with minor OT and radiology facilities. There is also forensic medicine OPD, PMR OPD including physiotherapy unit. The Blood Bank is situated in the OPD Block. The fully computerizes MRD unit functions from this block.
The OPD facilities houses clinical teaching room for medical students.
The old block consists of Obst & Gynae and pediatrics units. In the OPD block there are cancer deduction clinic, ANC clinic and PNC clinic in the Obst & Gynae block. The pediatric block also has well baby clinic and immunization facilities In this block the Obst and Gynae department has Anti Natal ward, post natal ward, post operative ward, Eclampsia Room, Gynae OT and Labour room. Pediatric Unit consists of ward, nursery and PICU besides the clinical teaching room in indoor and OPD blocks of this unit.
The students during the training period are sent for Community Health Nursing experience in the Urban Community at Patan and Rural Community experience at  Mandawar village. Various educational visits are also planned to various institutes research centers and voluntary organizations as per curriculum requirement to aid the students to develop in-depth knowledge of their subjects and a deeper appreciation of the work being done by other organizations.
